Background
Lachlan Booker is an Audio Engineer with extensive experience in DJing, production, music labels and live music events. As part of expanding his professional services, he hired me to develop a website to help convert new leads. The result is an experience that elevates his expertise and communicates a sense of quality and prestige.
Considerations
- A self-managed website was essential, making Webflow an ideal solution. This allows Lachlan to update images and copy independently, without requiring development support.
- The design needed to be modern, creating a point of difference from competitors—reflecting the level of care Booker Audio brings to all projects.
- Services needed to be clearly articulated. Since inbound traffic likely originates from social media platforms like Instagram, succinct content was crucial.
- Website analytics were set up using Umami, providing Booker Audio with insights into visits, traffic sources, and device information.
